New windows and doors improve comfort, cut energy bills and add long-term value to your home. Juniper Windows San Antonio pairs proven product lines with our own installing crews for lasting performance - and a price we put in writing.
Choose your installer
The unit is half the job - the install is the other half. Our own background-checked crews measure, set, seal and insulate every opening, and they know the lines we quote inside and out because they install them every week.

Meet the San Antonio Team Behind Juniper Windows San Antonio
The crew that shows up at your door in San Antonio isn’t a rotating cast of subcontractors. It’s the same faces, job after job. We’re a small, tight group based right here in the city, and most of us have been hanging windows and swinging doors long enough to know what Texas sun does to a cheap seal. What unites us is simple: we write the price down before we start, and we stand behind the work for a full year. Every person on this page has signed onto that. If you call (903) 488-7019, you’ll talk to one of us, not a call center. That’s the whole point of being a local crew.
Our People
Sean Mackey, Owner
Sean has been with Juniper Windows San Antonio since 2001, back when the brand was a handful of trucks and a lot of questions about what would hold up in South Texas heat. He’s the one who answers the phone at 6 a.m. and the one who’ll tell you straight if your existing window frames are worth saving or if you’re better off starting fresh. Sean learned framing and finish work the old way, on job sites, not from a binder. He’s the first to admit the industry has a trust problem: estimates that “evolve,” crews that never show, warranties that evaporate on page 14. That’s why he runs every project on a written price and the 365-Day Done Right Promise. When he’s not on a job, he’s usually at a Spurs game or arguing about brisket.
Marcus D., Lead Technician
Marcus is the guy who trains everyone else. He’s been installing windows and doors for 14 years, the last seven of them with our San Antonio crew. His specialty is impact-rated glass, built to resist wind-borne debris without shattering, and he can talk for an hour about why laminated interlayers matter in a storm zone. Marcus is certified on PGT and CGI product lines, which means he installs to manufacturer spec, not to whatever’s fastest. He keeps a torque wrench in his truck that he’s had longer than his kids have been alive. If a window goes in and Marcus was on the job, you won’t hear a whistle by the jamb on a windy day.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena grew up in the trades, her father was a finish carpenter in the Rio Grande Valley, and she’s been running her own installs for nine years. She handles the door side of our work most days, and she’s the reason our Therma-Tru and ViewLux door replacements get the reveal gaps dead even. Elena is the one who catches the small things: a threshold that’s out of level by an eighth of an inch, trim that’s painted but not caulked, a sweep that drags. She’s background-checked, uniformed, and the person homeowners in Alamo Heights and Stone Oak ask for by name. Off the clock, she’s restoring a 1968 Chevy C10 and will absolutely talk your ear off about it if you let her.
Tony V., Service Coordinator
Tony is the voice on the other end of the phone when you call (903) 488-7019. He’s been with us for five years and worked in logistics before that, so he thinks in schedules and traffic patterns. His job is the Relay Visibility Guarantee: when you book, you get a live arrival time you can track, before-and-after photos of every job, and a written price before anything starts. Tony is the one who makes sure the crew has the right window on the truck the first time, because sending a crew back for a missed sash costs you your afternoon and costs us our word. He’s a night owl, which is handy, because our phones are answered live 24/7 and someone has to be the human at 2 a.m.
One Standard, Every Job
The Relay Standard is the name we put on the way we work, and every person on this page is held to it: book in a tap, live arrival time, before-and-after photos, written price, digital invoice. That applies whether it’s a two-window swap in Leon Valley or a full door replacement in Terrell Hills. We don’t split work among subs we’ve never met. Background-checked, uniformed technicians run every install, and each location, including ours in San Antonio, is independently owned and operated under the same standard. The 365-Day Done Right Promise covers parts and labor, in writing, for a full year. If a repair fails, you get a second visit free, no charge, no argument. That’s not a sales line. It’s the only way we’d want someone working on our own houses.
